This Privacy Policy applies to Rain Radar: Live Weather Map for Android (package com.deluxeware.rainradarlive), published on Google Play by Digital Farscapes UK. DeluxeWare is the product and website brand used for this app and its support pages. The app is referred to below as the "Application".
Information Collection and Use
The Application may collect or process the following information when you download and use it:
- Your device's Internet Protocol address (for example, IP address), operating system, app version and technical request data
- Approximate or precise device location when you grant Android location permission, used to center the weather map and show radar near you
- Advertising identifiers and consent choices used by Google AdMob and Google's User Messaging Platform for non-premium users
- Anonymous app user identifiers, subscription status and purchase entitlement information processed by RevenueCat and Google Play Billing
- Information you provide in a support request, such as your email address, message and optional attachments
Payment card details are processed by Google Play and are not collected by Digital Farscapes UK or the Application.
The Service Provider may use the information described above to provide maps and location-based radar, load advertising for non-premium users, process and restore premium subscriptions, comply with consent choices, respond to support requests, secure the service and improve reliability.
Third Party Access
We do not sell personal data. Information may be processed by third-party services only as needed to provide app functionality, comply with law, or operate the service.

The Service Provider may disclose user-provided and automatically collected information:
- as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process;
- when the Service Provider believes in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect rights or safety, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
- with trusted service providers that process information only as needed to operate the Application.
Opt-Out Rights
You can deny or revoke location permission in Android settings, change advertising privacy choices from the Application's privacy options when available, clear the Application's local data, or uninstall the Application.
Data Retention and Deletion
Local settings and cached map data remain on your device until you clear app data or uninstall the Application. Rain Radar does not require users to create an account, and Digital Farscapes UK does not operate a user-account database for the Application. There is therefore no developer-held account data to request for deletion. Subscription, transaction, advertising and diagnostic records processed independently by Google Play, RevenueCat, Google AdMob and other third-party services are controlled under those providers' privacy and retention policies.
Children
The Service Provider does not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 13.
The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. If the Service Provider discovers that a child under 13 has provided personal information, the Service Provider will immediately delete this from their systems. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact the Service Provider through the support page so that they will be able to take the necessary actions.
Security
The Service Provider works to protect the confidentiality of information. Reasonable physical, electronic and procedural safeguards are used to protect information processed and maintained for the Application.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
